How often do you change your fabrics?
We add new fabrics to our collection every 3 months in February, May, August, and November. In addition, we remove fabric from our inventory throughout the year. This allows us the opportunity to provide you with new, fashionable options all year long!

Do you launch new products?
Yes! We launch new products twice a year. Typically, we start the year off with something new and launch again in the summer months.

Can I design a new purse without hosting a party?
Yes. You can design anytime online with the help of our design team. However, we certainly encourage you to host your own party, as the hostess benefits are great. Plus, getting together with friends and family and having the opportunity to be creative is so much fun!

What if I change my mind after I received my purse and need to make an adjustment to the straps, etc?
Because all of our products are custom-made to your liking, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we can alter your purse if you change your mind about strap length, number of pockets, etc. for a small fee. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are the purses machine-washable?
We are confident that through our fabric protection and use of a damp cloth and mild soap, you’ll be able to keep your purse looking great. However, we do not recommend laundering your purse in a machine as it could weaken the integrity of the bag.

Can I be a Design Consultant even if I have never been to a party?
Absolutely! Not everyone has had the fun opportunity of participating in a purse party. After discovering the cool concept of designing your own purse, we often hear from ladies who’d like to help others design, too. We hire Design Consultants throughout the country.
